2. investinthechase.com provides only a tipping service and does not give financial advice.
    

3. By subscribing to investinthechase.com tips, members acknowledge and agree that they will only place bets with licensed betting service providers.
    

4. Members must confirm that they are over the age of 18 and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon subscribing.
    

5. By becoming a subscriber to investinthechase.com tips, members acknowledge and agree that the tips that they receive are CONFIDENTIAL and proprietary in nature. Therefore should not under any circumstances be forwarded to other persons or otherwise communicated to any person.
    

6. Whilst investinthechase.com believes in the way they bet and has had personal success, there is no guarantee. One month of positive returns does not in any way guarantee future profits. Members must be aware that betting is a form of gambling, which is risky. Members can lose their entire bet/stake amount. investinthechase.com is not responsible for members’ losses. There are no refunds on gambling monies lost.
    

7. investinthechase.com is an advocate of responsible gambling. investinthechase.com asks members to be in control of their gambling at all times and not allow gambling to control them. Please ensure that when implementing received tips that members do so in a controlled manner that is suitable to their own circumstances, with the key principle: to only gamble what they can afford to lose.
    

8. From time to time investinthechase.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of its subscription service. By continuing to subscribe after such amendments have been made, members agree to be bound by the terms as amended. If at any time members do not agree to these terms they should cease their subscription.
    

9. POSITIVE RETURN OR IT'S FREE GUARANTEE applies to every calendar month in which you have an active subscription for the entire month. Positive / negative return in respect to the calendar month will be determined by the results @ Best Odds on the Results spreadsheet. All refunds will be processed at calendar month end and only back to the original payment source. If you are a new member and join mid month, your first "positive return or its free guarantee" will only apply the following month as you must be an active member for the full calendar month to be eligible.
    

10. Negative return in respect to the calendar month will be determined by the aggregate of the stake of bets won multiplied by the best price offered by Australian wagering operators minus the stake of all bets during that month. All refunds will be processed at calendar month end.
     

11. All tips provided by investinthechase.com are sent to all members at the same time by email. investinthechase.com holds no responsibility if there is any delay to any member due to their email service provider.
     

12. Payments are on a subscription basis and by accepting these conditions you authorise investinthechase.com to charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. Members can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on our website and cancelling their subscription.
     

13. investinthechase.com holds no responsibility for any disputes between our members and any betting agencies. These matters are purely between the member and the betting agency.
     

14. By using this site and signing up to investinthechase.com I hereby acknowledge receipt of these Terms and Conditions and understand the nature and the effects of these Terms and Conditions.
