Positive / negative return in respect to the calendar month will be determined by the results @ Best Odds on the Results spreadsheet. If there is a negative return for the calendar month your previous monthly subscription payment will be refunded. All refunds will be processed at calendar month end and only back to the original payment source. If you are a new member and join mid month, your first "positive return or its free guarantee" month will only apply the following month as you must be an active member for the full calendar month to be eligible.
